Possible to implement private thread?

The idea is like this.

- User created a private thread.
- This thread title will be public but other users can't access in.
- Those who didn't login also cannot view this thread.
- In order to access this thread, user has to ask threadstarter to add him/her into the access list.
- threadstarter can add/remove any user in his/her list.
- Moderators and Administrators can access this thread like a normal thread.
- TS has the options whether his/her thread is going for public audiences or private users.

Benefits:
- Prevent trolls, spammers and greatly reduce thread-digging...
- reduce Derail of threads
- Serious discussion
- like minded users in private thread can prevent argument. If argument takes place, TS can remove the user from the list. no need ping pong argument post liao...

Those not given rights, when clicked the link will come to this page. (something like this)

Moderators and Administrators, for your consideration.

There are topic-based forums to cater to every major topic - which are far less exposed to the problems encountered in EDMW.

Secondly, if it's just a chit-chat thread, and you don't wish to see views from certain people - just block the user. Yes, you won't see his/her replies, but the public can still see it, but that's the point of the forum, yes?

Thirdly, such a function doesn't exist.

Fourth, there are several other avenues and options to discuss on HWZ given the size and breadth of topical sections we've allowed.

I thank you for your constructive and logical layout of the proposed feature - but this doesn't solve anything and it doesn't gel with the purpose of the forum to begin with.
