Possibly Dead HDD

I recalled I had an external HDD (those huge and require power to plug in)

So I tried turning it on but failed, just blinking light, I don't see any spinning of the HDD

I opened up the case and tried manually plugging into my pc but it wont turn on. So I tried tuning on the PC first and plug in, and it turned off the PC in an instant.

Anyone have any ideas?

Either RMA or your engineering sibei pro can self repair circuit board.

dont think can RMA, just ditch this and carry on, hopefully online got backup
