Power supply giving me problems??

Its been happening quite often recently. I bo pian have to switch to my laptop. When im using my computer halfway or even at random times, it will off and restart by itself and it cant get past the POST screen. I thought my computer overheated or something so i turn off the switch and let it rest for a while. When i turn it on again, it booted up as per was normal but it will proceed turning off again at random times. At one point, i think it short-circuit my hdd that i cant even boot to windows..

Power supply im using is FSP Gold 650m.
