Is all component listed below enough for a FSP AURUM S GOLD 400W?
My main reason for choosing this low is to maximize the efficiency.

i5 4460
Random B85 board
Slightly overclocked GTX760
2 stick of ddr3 1600mhz ram
1 HDD
1 SSD
1 ODD
1 pcie x1 sound card
2 led 120m fan
Keyboard, mouse, wireless USB stick with antenna.

I would get 500/600W so there's the option of upgrading your GPU for future games.
Shouldn't really be a big difference in pricing.

You should get a higher watt psu, they aren't that more expensive by a long shot. Some reasons why:

Ease of mind when upgrading to a more power hungry gpu in the future

Capacitor aging

Also, efficiency of psu does decrease by a few % as its load% increases up to maximum.
