Printer recommendation

My Canon MF249dw printer is still working, but the plastic quality is quite poor - the main hinge snapped. Top hinge for scanning still works, but the whole top unit that I have to open to replace the toner is broken at that hinge.

Have already gone through 4 cartridges. Have one more spare so a bit reluctant to throw the printer just yet.

That's one of the problems of today's products. a small part breaks and makes operation inconvenient, but a waste to toss.

I had to toss the previous xerox printer because the fuser unit was gone and there was no replacements (new, used). pitfalls of a consumer society...
