Hi i played an HDR (10 bit) video from usb on my Q55 inch ultra tv and the color of the video is dimmed or looks washed out. I tried to adjust the picture settings but nothing works. Anyone know if the Q55 ultra tv support playing HDR video from usb? If it support what is the setting that I need to change.

I also using Q55 Ultra, no issue for me.
You can try factory reset

Hi, recently my 4+ year old Prism+ Q65 QE Pro has been showing black & white videos in various apps (YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, etc). The UI itself shows full colour, but once I start playing any video, it becomes black & white. A power cycle (unplug, wait 5 minutes, plug back in) solves this temporarily, but then it just comes back the next time.

I've also tried playing around with the display settings (brightness, contrast, colour saturation, etc) but no use.

Has anyone experienced this and any fixes? Prism+ support just tells me to power cycle or factory reset the TV (which I'm trying not to since then I have to reconfigure/re-install everything).

Try factory reset. Most of the time factory reset will solve everything
