Ordered W270 Pro on 2 June, delivered on 13 June, then several defects were found:

1. An obvious line cutting the panel to 24 inch and 3 inch portion, looked like the 27 inch panel is a joint of 24 and 3. Tested on both Win10 and Macbook with diff HDMI cables and ports.

2. The screen is very sensitive to motions, even tiny touch of the desk or screen, the panel flickers.

3. Sometimes show on/off power screens and cannot power down

Prism+ support is very slow in following up, requesting for refund but not approved yet.

Refund is always difficult, easiest is 1 for 1 exchange, go down to ubi, they will let u trial the replacement before u bring home.

It is a brand new monitor with multiple defects within 24 hrs usage, lost faith in the brand already....

Get them to exchange for you, first few days on-site warranty so no need to bring down the monitor on your own.

Refund is going to be difficult, but if you buy through Lazada might still be possible. If you buy through the PRISM+ site then good luck.

It's cheap for a reason. Consumers must accept this and expect quality issues.

If really want quality/QC go for reputable brands. LG Samsung etc etc.

Running an old DELL 1080P monitor for several years...still do its job. So I have become a part time chaser with their support these days.

Can try your luck with Korean monitors. They're the OEMs of your PRISM monitor.

If you're on a tight budget, do note that you're never going to get something of equivalent specs at the same price.
