Without LOG, it isnt treatment first pay later. You need to show able to pay before any treatment rendered

ya sad. but the weird thing is even the agent seem not sure as they claim LOG does equate to do not need to pay upon discharge.

yea pay less i understand cos the LOG might not cover fully. but if need to pay full amount then kind of useless.
