Problem with Mac Mini 2011 (mid)

I have a 2011(mid) Mac Mini.
I was trying to do a internet recovery to install OS X, but it doesn't progress after hitting 100%. Any help is appreciated.]
Wanted to send to EServ for repairs, but after hearing them quoting me $120 just to check, I decided to DIY.

Could you attempt a PRAM reset and try the installation again?
