Problem with Oneplus 8T Safe Entry Gateway

Hi, just wondering if anyone else having the same issue. Bluetooth on, inside TT app, place at the Gateway, but sometimes can detect, sometimes cannot. Take out my phone casing same problem. Reset the phone same problem.

By the way, all other Bluetooth functions no problem. Use with wireless ear buds, car all ok. Specifically with Safeentry gateway. Really weird.

But japanese handphone can't work with bluetooth safeentry scan also

It's slower than my other Poco phone but just touch the camera array to the TT scanner unit and it should work.

I've tapped in many times with my 8T liao.
