problems with mobile data after number porting

I have just number ported from m1 to singtel yesterday and my data seems to be having some issues. i can surf the web normally but i am unable to send or receive whatsapp msgs. Anyone has experienced anything like this before and how to resolve it?

I am still using the same phone before and after porting.

SingTel playing tricks again. Everytime SingTel to M1 or M1 to SingTel porting always have some funny things one.

It don't happen that frequently when M1-StarHub porting (both directions), so you know which carrier is the one that does sh*t.

I'm facing the same problem, except that I am using circles life. Web browser works perfectly fine, all messaging apps doesn't work, including wechat, line and whatsapp.

Dunno what is the problem, have tried reset the phone, reset the apn settings, switch phones, same problem.

Might need to cancel CL and go back to major teleco.

Call Singtel? Should be a backend issue linked to your number.

It's probably the APN issue. Happens to me as well but after I gotten the correct APN from the customer service. Everything works fine.
