Problems with PC

Hi guys my recently my PC is giving my problems whenever i restart, it will just hang at the first loading screen, to solve the problem i have to switch off the power plug and on back again to successfully load it into windows. Any idea whats causing this?? my rig specs is on the right.

Now it deteriorates.. when load to screen it justs lags and hangs.. once i saw display driver keep failing den hang.. keep restart also hang.. after i take out my gpu and sweep away the dust and rub the contact points with eraser everything seems fine but still afraid will happen same thing.. anyone have any idea whats wrong??

You have taken out and put back the gpu. It's running fine now ? If yes, then you have fixed the problem. If not, do the same to the RAM modules. Just like what you did to the gpu.

For now my com is not giving any problems. What might be the cause before?

I store most of my files on my ext hdd as I use for gaming only not much impt files.
