When I start watch videos from facebook. It usually like black black de then slowly turn normal. (From some other video sites too) But when its on youtube it seem perfectly fine. I'm wondering where does this problem came from!

what browser you using?
Can try other browser to determine if it is browser issue?
If playing video from player will have the same issue also?

Chrome lo. But doesnt face this issue last time lei. At first I thought it was my graphic card

Playing vid from vid player seem fine.

maybe got some update for HTML5 thus your chrome act weirdly?
I believe IE should not have any issue.
Maybe you can try to remove any plugin you have on chrome and try.

im not a chrome user, search online, shld not be that hard.

Okay just do a random search just type chrome://plugins on the website bar incase anyone here facing the same problems. Just sharing

Maybe you have adblock? uninstall that and just use ublock origin

Add block will affect uh? I just add the extension cause its like very popular!
