Hi,

Does anyone uses this before? I just bought it recently, seeing how good it can be used to charge my laptop as well as my devices so that i do not need to bring so many different charge during my travels.

However, when i plug it into my laptop, it says that incorrect AC adapter is plug in. and the battery is not charging at all.

Refering to the manual as well as Prolink's website, it states that it can support charging my laptop.

Anyone with any advice will be appreciated.

FYI, my laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad 13.

Maximum Output of 5V/16A (80W)

This is a notebook USB hub cum charger for charging your USB devices, not for charging the notebook and your USB device at the same time. I don't think your notebook can be charge using 5volts power, it should be anything between 16 to 19volts.

This is a notebook USB hub cum charger for charging your USB devices, not for charging the notebook and your USB device at the same time. I don't think your notebook can be charge using 5volts power, it should be anything between 16 to 19volts.

FYI, there is 2 models one for charging NB and another just for charging your USB devices if you refer to their website

contacted their customer support but so far, no answer to resolve it yet. It will be a very expensive USB hub if it cannot charge my laptop

if not just bring down to their service center and bring along your laptop.
or bring it back to the place where you brought it and seek their advise
