From BT article, accordingly the agent claim:
He added that he had learnt of the structure from the training sessions conducted by PropNex Realty in 2016 and 2017. He thus reasonably believed that the method was legal and legitimate.
Ultimately any monetary losses if kena by Propnex will be minimal, compared to the recent drop of its market cap. I don't see them getting fined too badly coz of this. Like what the law firm say, the structure itself is not illegal. All of these really become clear only after IRAS came out to say very clearly if u do this structure to avoid ABSD, then its illegal. before IRAS said that, almost everyone just interpreted it as since IRAS never say its illegal, its legal.

I think run up too fast too much….I see this as a distraction. Impact, if any, is minimal. I expected a drop in the share price mainly because the primary and secondary market next year is expected to stabilise. There is also preemptive talk of cooling measures which is aimed at dampening sentiment.
This chart is like middle finger forming. I think best to buy in at < $0.80I think run up too fast too much….
