Help.. I bought this pruflexicash premium 5months ago for 15 years plan but I have started to regret it. if i surrender i would have lost 3750 (100% premium paid), any advise please?
Total premium by 15th year would be 133k, guaranteed amount 102k, NGA (3.25%) 45k, NGA(4.75%) 60k

At 4.75% PAR fund performance, you are getting an IRR of ~2.38%. This is quite bad, they are eating ~2.37% from you.

If you cancel your plan and self-invest $750/month for the next 180 - 5 = 175 months, you will need to achieve 2.81% IRR (assuming the markets are such that their PAR fund achieves 4.75%). This really shouldn't be that hard.

You can sell away your endowment plan it may provide you with better value than selling it to the insurance companies.

Just google for "Sell endowment plan"

No one is going to buy over this plan, at least not at such early stages. IRR for buying over the plan increases as the plan ages, it will need to reach a certain number to become worthwhile buying over. And usually at that point the owner of the plan really should keep it unless really desperate for cash.
