Dear bros remember you can only claim if the shop has the tax refund logo/trs logo and the shop needs to fill out the tax refund form for u. Some places can give you the refund immediately. If they say you can just take receipt and claim at airport is wrong. And at airport they need to see the goods. We lost out on some refunds because of wrong info heh. Oh well lesson learned

Items also cannot be checked in, some officers will request to see goods.

Yup, presented my yoshida porter bag to the officer for inspection when i went for a tax refund..

I am going to buy a porter bag from the shop in dong qu. So how? Do I ask them to gimme a form?

or after take the form than go airport claim or fill up form than direct rebate ?

wa lucky u say the shop need to see passport... i always leave it in the hotel

Bro, the passport is a important piece of document when overseas and should be with you at all times.

Any security checks, your NRIC is bo pa gey one, only your passport does..
