Yes there is a similar 10000 mah powerbank with pouch battery cell. There is also another similar 10000 mah model with cylindrical battery cells that cost few dollars more.

10000 mah model is china company lishen battery cell.

20000 mah model is usa company amprius battery cell. The same battery cell supplier of recalled anker and romoss powerbanks.

Lol the required CCC label is useless isn't it? Just providing another false sense of security.

This one is battery cell supplier batch qc issue. News reported xiaomi is suing the supplier. This model of powerbank with unaffected battery cell batches still certified safe for sale.

There is new regulation for the powrrbank 3c certification announced last month. Segregate powerbank, lithium battery cell and battery module production companies into 4 tiers with lowest tier 4 unannounced factory qc check per year.

There is also new powerbank and lithium battery standard soon with stricter certification tests.
