summary:
former GIC chief economist says GST is regressive, there are other ways of collecting revenue, not true if tax the rich they will leave, gamen did not spell out wht the money collected by GST is going to use for.

other panelist: stop wastage in civil service first, why tax poor then try to giv GST vouchers why not directly dun tax
