Have a 2013 Dell Inspiron small desktop. Was working fine until recently.
When power on, the fan will spin for a second and then stop.
I opened up to troubleshoot - if I unplug the HDD and the ODD, the system powers on with no issue.
Once I plug in either one of the HDD or the ODD, the system will have the earlier symptom where it powers on and the fan spins momentarily before stopping.
Tried doing CMOS reset and reseating CMOS battery already, doesn't seem to change the symptoms.
Is this a PSU issue? Are replacement PSUs for this kind of smaller form factor desktops easy to find?
