PSU upgrade

Hi,

I'm currently using Super flower 550W Amazon 80+ bronze PSU for my below stated rig. Will this PSU be sufficient without causing any overload/damage in long term or upgrade is required.thanks

Asrock B75 pro3-m
Powercolor R9 280x turbo duo
2x4GB ADATA Ram
Hitachi 160gb SATA+WD Blue 500GB SATA+Crucial M500 120GB SSD
LG DVDRW
Sharkoon T5
1x Card reader
