Is true!pull up is the hardest, 100% BBFA can't do so it sets the fit from the unfit
Chiu need to do all 3 regularly but still not sufficient
I do 50 pull up, 100 squats, weights training from mon - sat ... the aftermath is amazing. But if u can only do one, just do 50 pull up daily.
