I'm thinking of opening an account with a bank so that I can use my CPF OA for investment.
How long do they take to process the account? I'm thinking of using DBS.

You just need to:

1) Google cpfia dbs.

2) Click on the Google link “open cpfia with DBS”

3) Click on the chatbot.

4) Type cpfia

5) Take “Self awareness” quiz

6) After the quiz, you will be asked to download a form which you will print and fill up.

7) Go to the bank with the form and tell them you want to buy T-bill with cpf

8) They will help you fill up and submit another form to buy T-bill.

Is there any way to get the 2nd form (#8) beforehand ? So that we can fill it up before bringing it to the bank ?

The second form will be with the bank staff. It’s for them to fill up, probably the amount of T bill you want to buy.

From the way the bank staff told me, it didn’t sound like the form was available for us to download. He said it would be done very quickly though.

You can fill up the forms provided at the bank at the counter and submit them directly.
