Question about JET Programme

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to ask if anybody here has been through the JET Programme, or has/had applied for the JET Programme before?

If so, would the committee/employer see the recognition or quality of a degree certification to be a significant consideration? (E.g. a private degree vs. a degree from an autonomous/prestigious university?)

Really appreciate the help!
