Question about posting order

[Darkstar94]

Unless you have a compelling reason, I dont think you can post out that easily. You can give it a shot tho, depending on the CO point of view and his personality. Some/most CO is bo chup, once you posted in, nothing you can do.

The thing about enhanced leadership batch only means you have a chance of becoming a leader aka going to SCS or OCS. It does not guarantee you into becoming a leader. I was in enhanced leadership batch too, and I was posted to NMI and trained to be a 3SG onboard a ship. 3SG but still not a leader.

I think leader is loosely termed as people who gets to go to command school

I ORD-ed as a CPL...never signed on before......i just MR-ed last year as a .........1SG.....

and i never even went to any 'leadership/spec course' before...LOL

i reckon some of you guys that never enlist yet and thinking that this 'enhanced leadership' makes you some sort of elite big deal need to contain your expectations...

also, being a 'men'/corporal is the best thing in NS...being a commander is literally 'sai-kang', why would any sane person wanna do that?

i got promoted during ICT due to circumstances beyond my control, if you can...try to stay as a man as much as possible.
