From my understanding, it should be a stay in vocation.

2. is it physically tough? (i am facing some knee issues as of rn)

Not sure cause you needs to pack and carry as a team.

3. what's a day of an ACR like inside?

Pass out from vocational training course with a Rigger badge.

Your life will be packing parachutes for Cargo and maybe even Vehicle.

You will get to go overseas like Australia for training.
