Question on Specialist Memo

Hi, if I would like to request for a specialist memo, what should it's contents be? Is it to verify the authenticity of the test results I have or to specifically state certain requests with regard to PES?

Best to get the doc to write specifically to request a downpes and also specific excuses.

of course he'll have some mambo jambo on the memo also with regards to your condition.
