Question on Switching Mobile plan provider.

If my contract of 2 years with Singtel has already ended and I want to sign up a new plan with Starhub, Do I need to contact Singtel to cancel my contract or Starhub will help me contact Singtel?

Go straight to Starhub, tell them you are porting number, no need to inform Singtel.

You no need to contact Singtel. The new Telco will help you to settle. I have also recently switched to Starhub. The only problem with Starhub is you have to watch out their lousy customer service officer. I signed up 3 lines and ported 3 number from Singtel to Starhub. Starhub screw up 2 of them by providing wrong info of my 2 lines. The worst part is they never contact me and I waited so many days then realized they didn't do it correctly.
