Don't think pappy can win back for now even though WP didn't do a great job there. Pappy also not sending a strong team to contest. No will no way.

Honestly, there were 2 lady friends I spoke to.
One Aljunied resident, the other PE resident.
Both complained that the TC response is slow.
Under PAP, complains are handled quickly and at most 2 working days.

Under WP, they commented that even a simple job like replacing a blown light bulb would take 4 days

I believe the expectation are pretty basic.
The residents are not expecting WP to do better than PAP, but they expect things won't be worse off than b4.

Support WP is one thing, but we cannot pretend things like these did not happen

My cousin who works in PA think WP is doing a bad job, so bad he doesn't want to talk about it.
