Question regarding Lens

Hi all,

Sorry If i have ask stupid question.
I am new to this photography thing and i feel that it is a good skill to pick up.

Cause My family have just bought an EPL6,
And i am slowly trying to learn more like exposure and stuffs


I have seen people saying that should invest in lens
What does it mean by investing in good lens?
What kind of lens is good?

Basically what they mean is that instead of spending money on the latest and greatest camera body, it's the lenses that matter and retain value for years.

As for what lens is good, this depends on what you need. Use the kit lens first. If you need to as k "what lens is good" then you SHOULD NOT BUY ANY LENSES as your skill is so low you do not even know what you need and you would just be a chop carrot for salesmen.

And do NOT BUY AT SIM LIM.
