Question regarding NICF Grant 70%

I looking forward to upgrade myself so been searching around for those courses that are being funded by WDA,NICF etc..

I am self sponsered,

Question is the 70% grant is given upon register or I have to pay the full sum and wait for the 70% grant to get approved?

For nicf, you will only pay 30% when you register for the training. Unlike, citrp where you will pay full sum and claim it back later.
