For example, to mirror 风行 or PPTV on Apple TV.

Most Apps supports AirPlay, probably about 90% of them.

Yes however AirPlay Mirroring is not the best option for iOS device as you will see your TV screen shrieked due to different resolutions.

Furthermore AirPlay Mirroring may only work for Video which means the Audio will still be on the iOS devices.

AirPlay is the recommended option for video playback, photo viewing

AirPlay mirroring for everything else like Safari web browsing.
