Due to an urgent family matter, I need to take out a personal loan of $20,000 for roughly 2 months. I would like to ask

1. Which is the best bank for the best interest rate? And the best personal loan plan?

2. If I want to do early repayment, will the interest be counted in for the unpaid years?

2 month loan if you can do early repayment then might as well don't bother to take the loan...

How about just getting the OCBC Cashflo Credit Card? Please check the fine print, of course, but if you spend that $20,000 on that credit card then you should get a minimum 3 month repayment period automatically, at zero interest and with no fees. You'd even get up to a 1% rebate.

This assumes you can use a credit card to spend this $20,000 you're talking about.

Just apply for a balance transfer from any of your banks.

I suggest balance transfer from banks that TS has credit card or cashline/ready credit services with. Call to enquire for the best rate for those balance transfer with 0% processing fees and reducing bslance interest. Can try banks like maybank, UOB, hsbc, citibank.
