Quick question about moving HDD

Hi, I'm getting a new rig.
Both would be Windows 7.
Will there be problems if I just unplug the HDD from old to new PC? (Without formatting what so ever)
The HDD is also partitioned into 2 parts, would the new PC able to read both drives?

I bought my new PC. And the new PC can read my old partitioned HDDs flawlessly.
