Looking at DDR3 1600MHz ram, seems like those that are CL9 are ram kits at 1.65v while those that are CL11 are value ram at 1.5v.
Looking for 1600, CL9 and 1.5v. Any recommendation? The price lists don't give voltage. Some don't even give latencies.
Probably looking at 2x4GB sticks. No compelling reason to go 2x8GB.
