Hi guys, i dropped my note2 6 months ago, the screen cracked. Due to laziness i waited till now to get it fix, my screen is fixed now from a sim lim phone repair shop (shan't say) that my friend intro-ed based on reviews on their facebook, i think they are reliable.
I paid $180 for my note 2 cracked screen, put it there for 3 hours and came back to take it, screen was fine, everything was intact but as i brought it home and started using it... there would be random black screen but the phone is still responsive, after 1-3 minutes, the screen will appear back fine.
I sent it back to the sim lim phone shop and they checked + monitored it for 1 day and says that they cannot find any problems with the phone. My friend told me i got cheated, they could have swapped a defective phone for my previous phone. Is this true ?
SAMSUNG service center is an ass because they do not want to help repair my phone or trade in with a refurbish set even tho im willing to pay $320 because my set is from korea.
Please advise !
