reapply thermal or not

I make a mistake while installing the stock heatsink from intel. the fastener arrow pointing at the heatsink. so I remove the heatsink adjust fastener clockwise before I instalk the heatsink back again. my question is do I have to reapply the thermal paste again before I install the heatsink?

IMO you shouldn't
unless you upgrading your CPU cooler then together re-do =x
