Recent huge update hangs at 30% every time

Recently there has been a big update for Win10 right?

Unfortunately at the light blue screen installation part, my laptop always hangs at the 30% mark. Have rolled back the update a couple of times to redo but the same problem persists - hangs at 30% and no HDD activity (based on indicator)

Is there a file for me to download and update within the Windows environment?

You can try using the Windows 10 Update Assistant instead of direct update from Windows

When it failed, it left a log file at root directory if I remember correctly. Check that log file see what has happen.
