As I have yet to buy the mb , casing, psu and gpu I am open to other suggestion.

Any bro can help me or give me advices ?

Appreciate that

My personal suggestion to you are as followed (it will be a challenging build):

CPU+MB: Intel® Core™ i5-8400 Coffee Lake + ASROCK Z370 ITX AC WIFI+BT Motherboard (This mobo is pretty good. There is no need to change.) (SRP $541 Dynacore)
CPU COOLER: Corsair H80i V2 (SRP $155 PCT)
PSU: Corsair SF600 (SRP $189 PCT)
GPU: Blower or Hybrid GTX1080TI like MSI Aero, Asus Turbo, Founders Edition, or MSI Seahawk X (Good luck hunting one, over 1k USD on amazon. Ask again another time perhaps or wait for new gen)
CHASSIS: Phanteks Evolv Shift (SRP $169 PCT)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8gb) DDR 4 3000Mhz C15 (Owned)
SSD: 1TB WD Blue M.2 (Owned)
HDD: WD Gold 8TB (Owned)

Speaker: Can't recommend. Not sure how much you like audio.
OS: Source it yourself

This video will help u clarify your doubts

Their ambient is 69F which is close to 20C eh, that is as cold as data centers. SG ambient is typically above 25C, so expect higher reading than just 74C. He should also shift the test to a bigger and better airflow case to measure the difference.
You say hlots123's link is misleading because phanteks evolve itx have bad airflow, but your video also have much lower ambient and lack of comparison.

Now if I ask you to put something to block half of your gpu or total gpu fans and continue to use it permanently, will you do it? I think you probably won't, cos common sense got in the way right, but you are recommending others to do it.

It is just like breathing with your hands close to your nose, after few mins, put the hand away, is it better? I can't argue with that.

Yes, using a SFX PSU in Nano S will help the problem, it was discussed before, but recommending to others Nano S without suggesting a SFX is the issue here.

It is the same case as that one time someone recommended some guy the CM MasterBox Lite 5, I recommend against it for the poor airflow from the front. But he went ahead and got it and now he prolly using it with his front panel off permanently.

We have to suggest, not for the sake of suggesting to TS requirement, we have to highlight pros and cons right from the start. Because many come here to seek our insights and knowledge, they don't see things the way we do.

Why ITX ? Coffee lake is a toaster, 1080 is also another toaster. Will you consider mATX :D ?

Thanks for the reply and let me know my fault, when I suggest nano s without psu becoz of TS still haven decide which case he want to, and when I decide to recommend TS this nano s I should tell him with sfx psu to prevent this mistake. Will learn it from this time ;)

itx is not easy to build, need to learn a lot of skill like case/outside room temp, air intake and exhaust, noice, components dimension, etc...

itx the most challenging is high end cpu gpu + oc temp control, like my personal build I won't recommend other ppl do the same if they spec higher than mine.

For the video j2c setup is 1080ti+oc, and TS plan to build 1060, so for the same setup with 1060 I don't think the temp can go higher than 70c, pls correct me if I'm wrong.

fake excuse
when OrangeShrimp posted his concerns about psu shroud blocking gpu fan intake
u posted video where J2C talk about putting big videocard in small casing, very close to psu shroud, with less than ideal airflow, showing tat everything ok - ur answer to OrangeShrimp was "This video will help u clarify your doubts"

It's pretty much what orangeshrimp, singu and hlots are trying to point out. Tower style ITX's and their GPU distance to ATX PSU.

I have a Nano S and pointed out here a couple of times on the key limitations:
-GPU to ATX PSU distance
-Sideway sag + backward sag reducing the ~1CM breathing space
-As your GPU goes wider, your sideway sag is exacerbated and the worser the choke
-The PSU's casing also radiates heat
-You can also configure them to run AIOs with radiator intakes on the front, giving the GPU more warmed air

They're not cases you want to run uncapped frames on, rather with some sync tech used. But when correctly configured under the space constraints you can minimise the shortfalls (e.g. GPU AIO, blower). I don't think heaven bench simulating just GPU load is any good indication, even J2C said it himself.

What Singu is suggesting is just the ideal combo (ATX psu + blower or SFX + open air GPU)

PS: there are at least 3 nano s builds in this thread here with different approaches on minimising GPU choke.

Hi after concluded i will go for Fractal Design Define Nano S Case。Is CPU Cooler a must ? Since i have Amazon gift card balance should i just buy a Evga SC Gtx 1060 6gb and use first and wait to next 1-2 years and change?

For the Phanteks Shift, it's almost a must to use AIO as the chassis is designed to use aio.

For FD Nano S, you can use box cooler, but some YouTube tech channel have proven (can't find the video, forgot what video was that) that using a cheap aftermarket cooler will help you run more stable boosted speed for prolonged period as the stock cooler cannot maintain the turbo clock due to thermal. However, if budget really an issue, then staying with stock is fine. Otherwise, inexpensive cooler like Cryorig H7 or CM Hyper 212 (uglier and harder to mount but cheaper) is good enough. It's not a must to have it, but it's good to have it.

Should you spend like USD 379 for gtx 1060? I don't think so, unless your gift card gonna expire soon. Otherwise, save it for next gen card that's coming this year. Gtx 1060 6gb ain't gonna game at 4k (other than mainstream esports titles). Triple-A titles on 4k is not playable and you have to drop resolution to qhd or even fhd for some.

Decided or not, the case is flawed from the get go unless we recommend it with a solution.
But it's okay, now you know.

Oh yea, you will need that ATX to SFX bracket.
The fans seems okay, just how are you planning to put them and which direction?

almost all my parts are here except for Motherboard, Processor, PSU and casing which will be purchased here locally. Yes i also understand that the 24pin cable from sf600 will be too short. any advise ?

BTW I got EVGA 1070 SC Black for my GPU.

I have consider the above and thinking to go for Mid ATX case ? any recommendation for PSU, MB and casing if i were to go for MID ATX if the above cant be resolved ?
