budget less than 1.5k. Preferably 1.2-1k will be good.

Is it better also to get the annual microsoft office sub or the single user Home/Student license?

Single license microsoft office can still use if change pc ?

Yes. Depending on licenses, say you have a single volume license, you will have to uninstall one instance of office then reinstall to your new PC

Try look for MSI laptop, the most reliable one i ever used so far

MSI doesn't have a good price point for TS's mom's needs.


An Acer or HP will do just fine TBH
