Im a newbie at building a PC. Although I had some experience in replacing parts in prebuilt PC's, This will be the first time Im starting from scratch.

I will mainly use the PC for gaming and photo/video editing (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator). I might be doing medium-heavy graphic works in high resolutions in the future.

I mainly play games like DA:Inquisition, Witcher 3, Overwatch, Fallout 4, Sims4 & Civ6.
I dont really care/want 60 fps (30-40 is good enough), Ultra settings (high is good enough), 4k resolution because Im just a casual gamer and I dont really play alot of FPS - except for overwatch.

Am I going to overclock? Idk how to, but maybe I will in the future.

I already have a build in mind but if you have a better suggestion/idea on which components to put then pls roast my planned build. (I dont even know if theyre all compatible). My budget is around 1.2. Absolute maximum is 1.5k.

CASE: CM K350
MBD:ASUS H170 PRO GAMING
CPU: i3-6100

I want this build to last for 3-5 years. Is that possible?

P.S. what is a good monitor nowadays? I always get stock monitors that comes with the prebuild PC's I bought.

Photoshop and Illustrator are not video editing programs...
