I3 too low might bottleneck your gpu... Try going base i5

Mobo can definitely support the gpu. But i would recommend at least i5, even if its the slowest among the i5. That i3 is a dual core.

Next would be ssd. SSD not only for storage, but for user experience when using your pc. U will know once u get it and no one looks back to hdd once they have ssd.

If possible for the psu, get superflower hx500w/hx600w.

Above 750 and can play your games would be 280x. Cheapest would be powercolour at $43x. But the 290 is on the next lvl and supposed to be $6xx, but now drop price to $499. So it is a better deal.

The decision is your ultimately. But i foresee you will need to change your gpu for sure should you wanna play high end games.

So, you would have to spend money twice, instead of getting it one shot.

You can actually play graphic intensive games with decent framerate with gtx 750ti but only below mid setting.
