Recommend basic low profile GPU for acer aspire x1900

Hi all experts,

Please help to recommend some basic low profile GPU for acer aspire x1900, hopefully no need to change the PSU. Thank you.

Intend to upgrade as I suspect the onboard intel GMA x4500 isn't working well with win10. Been having some booting issues on and off ever since upgrade from win7.

I have roughly checked online, I think my choices are mostly used GPUs off carousell but will like to read more views from experts here.

Get a cheap gt 1030 or gt 710 off the shelf or off carousell. These low end gpu have low profile adapter and they generally don't generate much heat which will do much more than what the Intel GMA can do.

More impt thing to take note is the clearance required. You shld google for the gpu length and physically measure the space within your PC to see if it fits or will hit other components.

Also, do check if your current PSU has cables for gpu. If the gpu itself do not need cables and run via PCIe, then it is fine. Otherwise, best to confirm.
