Gonna build a budget set for my mom, usage primarly will be net surfing and facebook games. So i reckon those very basic hardware will do. Any recommendations?

i need full set inclusive of monitor, kb/mouse, casing, and a wireless nic card (preferably dual band).

budget of cos the lower the better.
