Friend need to build for mainly rendering of video, photoshop and decent gaming (normal settings is fine)
1.5k budget but need monitor + OS
So left maybe 1.2k + ( Dell 23' + Win7 )
Abit tight but can try fit i7 + 16gb ram? Primarily use to render...
Maybe and 270x since AMD is more value for the dollar
