Recommend Education Plan for kids

What is a good plan if you want to send your kids overseas to study?

I was recommended Students Trust International by a good friend. Guaranteed returns on your principal and around 6% p.a return (projected) invested in blue chips. Based in Bermuda for tax free environment. Trustee is HSBC and auditors are Deloit.

Does anyone know of a similar plan as I would like to compare products before i pull the trigger.

Education plan = kids endowment = ilp = exorbitant-feed-the-agent-plan.

What is around 6%? You can DIY and buy your own blue chips.
