Casing wise is more on whether u wan a big or small case..the features it provides and airflow etc
Atx mobo only fits a mid tower case, micro atx mobo can fit into either Matx case (n200) or mid tower case (Spec-02)
Psu wise the first setup will be sufficient with a decent 400w psu, 2nd setup will be fine with a 500w psu but since the budget allows and consider user might wan to upgrade gfx for better gaming experience so I choose a slightly higher psu for the future upgrade options

yupp its a serious problem, in long run, i think the wire will be go kaputYeah, my fren'z b85m hds also same thing... gpu pressing onto the front i/o connectors... I think just avoid all HDS liao... must stop recommending it..
If dun wan the hds mobo can consider Msi b85m g43 mobo which is around $35 more
How bad is it? Any screenshot on that? It is still alright with lower end GTX 750 (perhaps due to its very short card length).Asrock h81m hds<--- bad design, bought one ytd, the gpu pressing on the power+-,LED etc cable. and corsair spec 02 one front panel usb port spoil one.

Its more on the layout of headers... eg, the front i/o headers are located just below the pci-e x16 slot, which means the GPU is blocking and pressing on it.
Also, one of the fan header is also below the gpu, somewhere at the centre. Meaning your fan gotta be long enough or need extension cable in which it is flexible on the 3 pin area.
For b85m hds at least, thats how it was as i just helped a fren change his mobo.
