Recommend me a Cheap Small Windows PC

Hi Guys, i was thinking there are many guides on like budget to powerful computers. i wanna make a small PC, purely for the purpose of running 1 or 2 windows based android emulators for app testing.

Should i be looking at 2nd hand m-itx stuff and start from there?

Or are there like cheaper alternatives?

Windows PC for 500 or less is more than possible if one looks at second / third hand..

You don't need 2nd or 3rd hand to buy a Windows PC for below $500

But a $500 brand new PC (which very likely will have a Celeron or Pentium CPU in it) will totally get its ass kicked by a 2nd hand Haswell or Ivy Bridge Core i5 rig which goes for the same price on Carousell

used haswell or ivy bridge usually no more warranty or almost out of warranty....
if up lorry fast have to spend money again....

Why settle for 2nd when you could buy first hand for kaby lake instead?
