Recommend PSU + GFX [BF3/4]

Hi,

My old Andyson PSU (~600W) and Palit 4870 just died and i'm looking to replace.

Please recommend me a value for $ PSU, about 650W that can be paired with any of the latest GFX card. Would like some future proofing in case I go crossfire/SLI in future.
Will get this PSU locally. Just want a reliable PSU.

Please also recommend me a value for $ graphics card, budget about S$400.
I don't mind locally or from online stores like Amazon. (I can wait for the shipping)
Whats good nowadays? ATI or Nvidia?

Have not really been following IT stuff, so not sure whats good nowadays.

My current rig:
EVGA MB + i7 920 cpu
1 DVDRW Drive
5 HDD
6GB DDR3 ram Tri-channel
Creative Soundcard
PCIe USB 3.0 card
4 casing fans

Gpu with psu @ $400?

Then the only option and best bet is a Palit gtx760 2gb + fsp 550w raider ~ $399

Unless you say gpu alone at $400 then it will be either the msi gtx760 or the gigabyte gtx760.

Psu to power a gtx760 minimum is a 500w will do.

Other option is to wait about 1 month and see what AMD's newer series brings to the table. And it'll probably have BF4 in their free game bundle...
