Currently use my pc with windows 7 mainly for surfing, movies and video compression.

Will use SSD mainly as a boot disk and all others on old hard disk. Did consider 64GB but afraid will max out space so 128GB is next practical size. Looking a SSD that is reliable, no need for blazing fast speed :p

Working with a budget of around $150 narrowed down to a few:
- Sandisk Ultra
- Plextor m5s
- Intel 330 (sadly no more in sls)

Any recommendations most welcome

Where are you gonna use this on? Desktop or laptop? If desktop, then go for the Corsair Neutron GTX. Otherwise, M5S is pretty decent.

Check out the Corsair Neutron GTX. I think its one of the more stable SSD, though the idle power consumption is a little on the high side for laptops.
